On Friday, April 23 at 7:30pm, Wheeling Island and Jerry Thomas’ West Virginia Sports Promotions presents Hard Knocks Fight Night 27 in the Wheeling Island showroom.
On Saturday, April 24 at 9pm, Wheeling Island presents Rock N Roll Hall of Famers, The Beach Boys in the Wheeling Island showroom.
Hard Knocks Fight Night 27 tickets are available by calling 1-800-296-3897 or at Convenient Food Marts on Huron St in Wheeling and at the Convenient Mart located on Main Street in St. Clairsville, OH. Reserved seating ticket prices are $50, $30 and $20.

ABOUT HARD KNOCKS FIGHT NIGHT 27
The main event will feature undefeated West Virginia state heavyweight champion Justin “Lumberjack” Howes, (11-0, 9 KO’s) of Buckhannon, WV versus an opponent yet to be named, in a six round bout. Howes won the state Heavyweight title at Wheeling Island last December.
Also to be featured on the card will be the professional debut of two time World Toughman champion “All-Lee” McGinnis, of Pittsburgh, PA versus an opponent yet to be named, cruiserweight Bobby Thomas, Jr (4-1, 3 KO’s) of Oak Hill, WV versus Joe Paintiff, (5-0-1, 2 KO’s), of Parkersburg, WV in a six round bout. Plus undefeated Ronnel Green, (3-0, 3 KO’s), of Wheeling, WV versus an opponent yet to be named. Also featured on the card will be undefeated lightweight kick boxer “The Fighting Ring Girl” Monica Gray, of Wheeling.
Fans will also be treated to up to 10 additional Kick Boxing matches featuring the area’s top MMA, Toughman and Kick boxers.
